After a negative, costly experience with another builder, Ben and his team’s professional, friendly, straightforward communication style proved rewarding and gratifying. After viewing some of their other homes, we recognized the use of high quality materials, outstanding craftsmanship throughout, and earned pride in the finished product. Through them, we were able to choose an architectural plan and ask for modifications. The amazing project manager, Scott, kept us informed of the progress on our home, regularly asked for our input on matters large and small, and maintained a thoughtful eye for detail throughout the process. Jamie provided invaluable assistance regarding cabinets, countertops, flooring, paint colors, and landscaping. In the front office, Debbie and Heather reliably answered questions and ordered materials in a welcoming, efficient manner. Ben and his team convey confidence in their knowledge and skills for a good reason: as accomplished builders, their high standards result in beautiful homes. At one point we realized that, though our home is far from a million dollars, they were treating us as if it were. In gratitude and appreciation, Ben and his team have our highest recommendation.
